UPS Shipping Info

You can track your UPS Shipments with this LINK

All transit times are measured in business days only, weekends are not included in transit time estimates.

When your order ships, you may track the progress of your shipment from our
tracking page.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Our web site is integrated with live UPS shipping data to provide you with accurate shipping charges based on your zip code and the packaged weight of the products ordered.

How to maximize your shipping dollars: The more you order, the more cost effective UPS shipping becomes. This is due to the nature of how UPS works. They are focused on moving parcels, not mail. If you are getting a package, they may have to drive a distance to find your address and walk it to your door, knock, wait, have you sign, etc. That is labor that they have to expend whether the package is 5 ounces or 20 pounds. So, if you explore the shipping calculator (to the lower-left on this screen), you will notice that while a half-pound package might seem relatively high due to UPS’s base rate to your zip code, a ten-pound package to the same zip code is only slightly higher.

If you are ordering locally and wish to pick-up your order to save on shipping costs, please select "customer pick-up" during the check-out process. Please call us with enough advance notice so we may pull your order from the warehouse prior to your arrival. Typically, an hour or two will be fine.

As of 01/2008 we will no longer be shipping any orders outside of the Continental United States, except to APO & FPO addresses and established international customers. Please email us for more info on shipping to APO & FPO addresses, as our website cannot accurately calculate these shipping charges.
