Per mold, there are 3 fish cavities. 

Green fish is 4" x 3" x .75" and makes a 3 oz bar. 

Blue fish is 4" x 3" x .75" and makes a 3.5 oz. bar. 

Yellow fish is 4.5" x 2" x .75" and makes a 3 oz. bar.
