• 10 Lb slab of IGI 4630 Pre-blended Container wax
• 1 Seamless Melting Pot (capacity: 2 Lbs)
• 8 Seamless 8 oz. Tins with Lids
• 1 Glass Thermometer
• 2 oz French Vanilla Fragrance Oil
• 2 oz Clean Cotton Fragrance Oil
• 2 oz Lilac Fragrance Oil   

• 2 oz Fruit Slices Fragrance Oil

• 2 oz Sweet Pea Fragrance Oil
• 25 Pre-tabbed zinc core wicks (6" 51-32-18)
• 2 Ivory Dye Chips (for French Vanilla)
• 2 Yellow Dye Chips (for Clean Cotton)
• 2 Lavender Dye Chips (for Lilac)

• 2 Rust Dye Chips (for Fruit Slices)

• 2 Pale Pink Dye Chips (for Sweet Pea)

I finally got to make my first candles with my christmas gift. it was great, but i do have a few suggestions. The thermometer is a little short for 1 lb of wax in the double boiler, I kept the wax in the freezer and still could not shatter it, we finally cut it up with a knife. Also there should be proper cleaning instructions to keep the tools in order. Thank you.

I received this kit as a gift and it is awesome! It's easy to use and the instructions are simple. It only took 25 mins. to melt, dye, and scent the wax for three candles and it was basically mess-free! The only improvement would be to have a dropper or something to measure the scented oil with.

This candle kit is great. I tried a more expensive kit before from another company that was just money waisted. I almost didn't want to try candlemaking again. The kit cost much more than Peaks with less material, poor instructions, & terrible wax. Almost a year later, I ordered the starter kit from Peak and now I'm hooked! I can actually make great candles. The step by step instructions with pictures really helped. And I was so happy with the wax. The candles turned out great. Thanks so much Peak! Tara
